Do you offer refunds?
Strategy Calls are fully refundable if cancelled 24+ hours in advance — no questions asked. Sprint Packages are governed by our engagement agreement: if we miss agreed deliverables, we make it right. Retainers can be cancelled with 30 days notice. We're confident in our work and stand behind it.

Strategy Calls typically book within 48–72 hours. Sprint Projects kick off within one week of signing. Retainer engagements begin within one week of contract execution. We keep our client roster intentionally small — you get real attention, not a ticket number.
